We have learned that some email clients (e.g. Thunderbird), depending on their configuration, may display blank content in the emails sent to you from globalsan.net. Unfortunately, the contents of those emails contain instructions to activate your trial or permanent key, so it can be confusing what should happen next.

To work around this problem, toggle your HTML/Plain Text setting in your mail client or see this KB article for full instructions to buy, retrieve, and activate.
