Can't login to SANmp.
Resolution
This error usually indicates one of two things
1. You have the wrong username/password for the system, or are using a username/password that does not exist.
2. Your SAN storage is not showing up to the OS
After verifying you are using a valid username/password, check to see if the storage is present.
In OS 9 use HDST to see the disks.
In OS X launch the Disk Utility application.
In Windows look in Disk Management.
If you do not see any disks then you must check your SAN Network for connectivity. If you do see disks, and have a correct password but still cannot log into SANmp, please contact SNS tech support.
