Hi,

I am trying to figure out a way to have GlobalSAN logging in and out of a given iSCSI target from the command line. Are there any commands available, that can be run from the terminal?

Cheers,
budy

Hi Budy, there's no CLI in the currently released version of the initiator...

Hi Eric,

uhh… that's odd, since the workflow I have thought out and have established using Atto's XtendSAN, requires automatic logout of a specific iSCSI-target that is hosted on a OpenSolaris box.

Using OpenSolaris' COMSTAR it doesn't suffice to unmount a particular iSCSI volume, swap the iSCSI target's source and mount the target again - this is how I am dealing with this issue on my Open-E boxes, when I want to refresh snapshot-volumes that are shared via iSCSI.

Cheers,
