Symptom: When attempting to mount a SANmp volume read-only that is not mounted elsewhere with write-exclusive privileges, you receive the error message "Mount failed. A problem was encountered while trying to mount the selected volume".
Resolution: Disable Apple Time Machine for any/all SANmp volumes under Apple System Preferences > Time Machine. You will also need to delete the "Backups.backupdb" folder from the SANmp volume.
