Question:
I just installed SANmp 3.0 for Windows, and I have two links in the Start Menu for SANmp. Also, my Help guide links no longer work.

Answer:
Probably you installed SANmp 3.0 without uninstalling the previous version. Please follow these steps to get back to a clean state, and then install SANmp 3.0:

1) Disconnect your workstation from the SAN. If you are using iSCSI, you may wish to disconnect from within the initiator, rather than physically pulling the cable.

2) Using Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel, remove all of the SANmp entries. Reboot once after removing all of them.

3) Install SANmp 3.0 and shut down.

4) Reattach physical cables if you pulled them in #1, and start the workstation back up.
