Just wanted to note here for posterity's sake that this issue was resolved in a support case. Uninstalling the existing globalSAN installation and then reinstalling the latest version did the trick.
EVO ShareBrowser Desktop Client/Admin v.4.3.1 contains minor bug fixes and improvements to ShareBrowser 4.3.
First remove ShareBrowser v.4.3 via the uninstaller in Applications/SNS EVO ShareBrowser (Mac), or the Control Panel (Windows).
